The Place-making Project

The Place-making Project strives to strengthen community resilience, create social environment and increase the sense of belonging and pride in the neighborhood. These are carried out by developing a pleasant and inviting public space that serves as a community anchor and provides quality community activities for the leisure time of residents of all age groups.

As part of the project, the Radak Plaza in the “Yud Alef” neighborhood district is undergoing extensive renovation. This plaza was chosen because it is a central place for the residents of the neighborhood, and because it is an important community meeting place.

We are striving to position the plaza as a community anchor and as a vibrant area of community activity. The renovations are currently taking place, as well as are various community events.
